Pauline Musters was recognized by the Guinness World Records as the shortest verified woman ever recorded in the world's history. She was born in Netherlands on 26^th February 1876 and died in New York city at the age of 19 because of the combination of pneumonia and meningitis. At the time of her death, she was measured to a height exactly 61cms (24inches) tall.

Jyoti Kisange Amge 

 

Jyoti Kisange Amge ia an Indian actress notable for being the world's shortest living women according to Guinness World Records. Jyoti was born in Nagpur, India on 16^th December 1993. on her 18^th birthday, she was officially declared as the world's shortest woman by Guinness World Records with a height of 62.8cms (2feet 0.6inches) and had a weight of 5kg. Her restricted height is due to a genetic disorder called achondroplasia which results to dwarfism having shorter legs and arms with the torso of normal length which does not affect their intelligence. She had done films and some television appearances. Her wax statue is also present in Celebrity Wax Museum, Lonavala.
