8. World's Tallest Couple Ever

Martin Van Buren Bates and his wife Anna Haining Swan Bates were the world's tallest couple ever in the recorded history. Martin and Anna had a height of 7 feet 7.5inches and 7 feet 11inches respectively. They had a combination height of 15 feet 6.5inches which led them to have the title of tallest couple ever recorded in world's history even after 150 years. Martin was an American man who born on 9^th November 1837 whereas Anna was a Canadian woman who born on 6^th August 1846, Both of them got married to each other on 17^th June 1871 and led a married life of 17years.
