1. Introduction

Height is one of the most important factors for the both non-living matter and living matter especially for us, humans. Human height is the distance from the bottom of the feet to the top pf the head of a human body, while standing erect. It is measured using a stadiometer, using in centimeters when the metric system or feet and inches when using the imperial system. Height is a sexually dimorphic trait in humans. A study of 20th century, British natality trends indicated that while tall men tended to reproduce more than the short men while, women of below average height had more children than the taller women.

When population share genetic background and environmental factors, average height is frequently characteristic within the group. But exceptional height variation around 20% deviation from average within such a population is sometimes due to gigantism or dwarfism, which are medical conditions caused by specific genes or endocrine abnormalities. Now let's discuss the extreme ends of both of the gigantism and dwarfism and it was categorized into different categories which are going to be discussed later.
